picd is a multiplatform (Windows and Linux by now) desktop application that can take screenshots, make some edits on it (like anotations) and upload to an online service like picd.in.
picd.in is a web service that allows users to upload images and store images, also getting a unique URL to access this image. It is the main upload service on picd app.
